    With a strong desire to ensure the success of it's franchisees, Kare Plus recognised a requirement for franchise territory mapping to ensure a strong foundation was laid, alongside tools that could help maintain the territory network with relative ease.

  • Franchise Territory Mapping

    With the success of their franchisees at the forefront of Kare Plus' motives and five existing franchisees already working exclusive territories, Kare Plus wanted to ensure that their existing and future franchisee had the correct level of commercial opportunity in which to build a solid business.

    Atlas Mapping was to source accurate, reliable demographic data that represented Kare Plus' target market and combine it with unique data collected by Kare Plus to create the UK franchise territory network.

    Franchise Territory Management

    The management team for Kare Plus understood that whilst franchise territory mapping was an important first step, careful management of their UK territory network would be required in order to make best use of it.

    Kare Plus wanted to be able to tap into the demographics on which their territory network was built, along with their own data in order to strengthen the franchise sales process.

    In addition, they wanted the ability to dynamically explore the impact of making changes to territories when in negotiations with franchise candidates and franchisees alike.

  • As part of Kare Plus' desire to establish a market leading brand, Atlas Mapping built their new franchise territories to provide an optimum and equitable level of commercial opportunity.  In addition, territories were optimised using the transport infrastructure to ensure serviceability and therefore continuing high standards of service.

    Each territory was then output as high-resolution PDF maps, detailing the target market densities within them and displaying the locations of Kare Plus' own data.  Combined with full demographic datasheets, these would provide each franchisee with irreplaceable intelligence for their territory.

    Atlas Mapping then imported the existing and new territories, along with the demographic data and Kare Plus' own set of key locations into My Franchise Atlas.

    My Franchise Atlas will allow Kare Plus to monitor and manage their franchise territories, quickly ascertain territory availability for new candidates and negotiate territory changes with intelligence right when the requirement presents itself.
